Return & Refund Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at jibjigtrainer@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are outside our control.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us at jibjigtrainer@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer through use, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
